If you live in CA, NY, MA, IL, NJ, HI, MD, CT or any other state with restrictive gun laws…please check your states laws AND your FFL’s requirements BEFORE bidding. We will not complete the transaction if the firearm you bid on is not legal in your state. We will not ship high capacity magazines to states that restrict their use. We will not modify a firearm to meet your states requirements. If you win the auction & later find it to not be legal in your state and/or decide to cancel your purchase, you are responsible for our auction fees as well as a 20% re-stocking fee
